Sarah Petersheim, 51, of 803 Vintage Rd. Christiana, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care. Born in Ronks, she was the daughter of the late Samuel J. and Malinda Fisher Esh. She was the wife of Melvin R. Petersheim. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: seven step-children, Enos husband of Annie King Petersheim, Paradise, Amos husband of Priscilla Stoltzfus Petersheim, Gordonville, Reuben husband of Fanny Miller Petersheim, Christiana, Sylvia wife of Christ Ebersol, Ronks, Sadie wife of Samuel Fisher, Fountain City, IN, Lydia wife of Elmer Stoltzfus, Paradise, Omer husband of Sarah Stoltzfus Petersheim, Virginia; step-daughter-in-law, Sylvia Stoltzfus Petersheim, Christiana; 50 step-grandchildren; 53 step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Annie wife of Christ Beiler, Lancaster, Sadie wife of Ivan Petersheim, Paradise, Esther wife of Jonas Stoltzfus, Hegins. She was preceded in death by: step-son, Melvin Petersheim, Jr., and a sister, Mary.
Funeral services will be held from the Jacob Beiler Residence, 814 Vintage Rd., Christiana, on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. EST with interment following in Bart Cemetery, Georgetown.
