Josiah H. Beiler, 83, of 180 Little Britain Rd., Nottingham, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at his home. Born in Gordonville, he was the son of the late Jonathan B. and Lydia Hertzler Beiler. He was the husband of the late Sarah Stoltzfus Beiler. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: 8 children, Emma wife of Daniel E. Byler, Paradise, Jonathan S. husband of Miriam (Beiler), Quarryville, Aaron S. husband of Arie (Stoltzfoos), David S. husband of Katie (Stoltzfus), both of Wisconsin, Mary wife of John Z. Ebersol, Gordonville, Lizzie wife of Paul B. Esch, Missouri, Daniel S. husband of Anna (Glick), Nottingham, Amos S. husband of Rachel (Lantz), Quarryville; 71 grandchildren; 115 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Salome Beiler, Peach Bottom, Lydia wife of Benjamin King, Quarryville, sister-in-law, Fannie wife of Jonathan Beiler, Peach Bottom. He was preceded in death by: an infant son; three grandchildren; four siblings.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Monday, Nov. 6, 2017 at 12 noon with interment in Fairmount Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Kindly omit flowers.
