Sarah S. Fisher, 84, of 74 S. Ronks Road, Ronks, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at her home. Born in Strasburg, she was the daughter of the late Amos S. and Barbara Stoltzfus Lapp. She was married to Christian L. Fisher. A homemaker, Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: 10 children, Barbara married to Vernon Stoltzfus, Loysville, Amos married to Anna Mary Stoltzfus Fisher, Quarryville, Rebecca married to Norman Stoltzfus, Narvon, John married to Naomi Stoltzfus Fisher, Mount Joy, Christian, Jr. married to Hannah Beiler Fisher, Kirkwood, Elam married to Emma King Fisher of Ronks, Leon married to Sadie Fisher Fisher, Gordonville, Arie married to Ivan Esh, Ithaca, MI, Esther married to J. Samuel Esh, Leola, Sarah Fisher, Ronks; 81 grandchildren; 170 great-grandchildren; siblings, Daniel married to Lydia King Lapp, Mary married to Amos Zook, Amos married to Emma Esh Miller Lapp, Sylvia married to Levi King, Annie married to David King, Barbara married to Melvin Stoltzfus, Malinda married to Jonathan Esh, Emma married to Elam Fisher, Miriam married to Abner Zook, Benuel married to Katie King Lapp; sister-in-law, Eva Lapp.
She was preceded in death by: son and daughter-in-law, Melvin and Savilla King Fisher; son-in-law, Stephen Fisher; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother John Lapp.
Funeral services: Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 12 o’clock Noon at the late home. Interment: Beiler’s Cemetery, Ronks. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
