Henry L. Stoltzfus, 79, of 225A Centerville Rd., Gordonville, entered into rest at home of natural causes on Saturday, Apr. 20, 2019. Born in Leola, he was the son of the late Roy A. and Lizzie Lapp Stoltzfus. He was the husband of Lydia K. Petersheim Stoltzfus. They were married 56 years in November. A farmer and welder, Mr. Stoltzfus was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving: children, LeRoy married to Sadie Mae Beiler Stoltzfus, Gordonville, Omar married to Linda Petersheim Stoltzfus, Newport, Amanda married to John Lapp, Lykens, Naomi married to Ivan Lapp, New Holland, Ada married to Allen Lapp, Newport, Edna married to Daniel K. King Jr., Lancaster; son-in-law, Samuel B. Zook, Quarryville; 37 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Daniel (Dorothy), Roy (Emma), Reuben (Sadie), Benuel (Rebecca), Leon (Lydia), Annie (John Fisher), Rachel (Eli Dienner); sister-in-law, Rebecca married to Samuel Stoltzfus. He was preceded in death by: a daughter, Mary Zook; a grandson, Michael King; brothers, Ivan, Elmer and Abner; sisters, Sadie Esh, Rebecca Stoltzfus.
Funeral Services: 9 a.m. EST, Monday, Apr. 22, 2019 from the late home. Viewing: at the late home till the service. Interment: Dry Hill Cemetery. The family would like to extend special thanks to his caregivers at Hospice & Community Care.
