Elam B. Stoltzfus, 79, of 560 Amish Rd., Gap, entered into rest at Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from injuries related to a fall earlier that day. He was the husband of Arie F. Stoltzfus Stoltzfus. Born in Gap, he was the son of the late Abram P. and Lizzie Beiler Stoltzfus. Elam was a farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
In addition to his wife he is survived by nine children: Samuel F. husband of Elizabeth King Stoltzfus, Lykens, Barbara A. wife of Emanuel B. Esh, Gap, Betty A. wife of John S. Stoltzfus, Parkesburg, Abram P. husband of Priscilla King Stoltzfus, Gap, Stevie B. husband of Mary Esh Stoltzfus, Lykens, Elam B. husband of Fannie Mae Zook Stoltzfus, Naomi M. wife of Abram K. Stoltzfus, both of Gap, Arie F. wife of Levi S. Stoltzfus, Parkesburg, Emma M. wife of David K. Stoltzfus, Lykens; 64 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a brother, Sol E. husband of Rebecca Stoltzfus, Paradise; sister-in-law, Sharon Stoltzfus, Gordonville; brother-in-law, John Fisher, Rebersburg. He was preceded in death by: two brothers, Christ and Abram Stoltzfus; a sister, Annie Fisher; a granddaughter, Barbie A. Stoltzfus.
The funeral will be Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 9AM EST from the late home. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Interment: Millwood Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
