Amos L. Esh, 78, of 381 Memorial Rd. Lititz, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at his home. Born in Gordonville, he was the son of the late Henry A. and Rebecca Lapp Esh. He was the husband of Annie Stoltzfus Esh. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife are: 8 children, Levi husband of Bena Beiler Esh, Manheim, Henry husband of Ruth Huyard Esh, Amos, Jr., husband of Emma Glick Esh, Samuel husband of Sarah Glick Esh, all of Lititz, Daniel husband of Rebecca Stoltzfus Esh, Fort Plain, NY, Jacob husband of Mary Beiler Esh, Little Falls, NY, Lydia Esh, and Rebecca Esh, both at home; 52 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, David M. King; sister, Lizzie wife of David Zook; 4 brothers, Henry husband of Fannie Esh, Moses husband of Lizzie Esh, Daniel husband of Lavina Esh, David husband of Rachel Esh.
He was preceded in death by: a daughter, Fannie King; a son, Johnnie Esh; 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Annie, Arie, and Rebecca.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Friday, May 17th at 11 am EST with interment following in Sun Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
