Christian S. Yoder, 97, formerly of Honey Brook, died on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Born in Leola, he was the son of the late Joas O. and Savilla Fisher Yoder. He was the husband of the late Rebecca A. Stoltzfus Yoder who passed away in 2015. He was a mechanic by trade and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He is survived by: children, Sally Ann, wife of Omar E. Fisher of Lancaster, Steven R. husband of Aary Mae King Yoder of Honey Brook, Elam S. husband of Martha Fisher Yoder of Ronks, Verna Mae wife of Ephraim S. Stoltzfus of Bird-in-Hand; 27 grandchildren; 87 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Yoder; Leah Yoder widow of Samuel Yoder.
He was preceded in death by: siblings, Daniel Yoder, Amos Yoder, Samuel Yoder, Elizabeth Fisher and Rebecca Stoltzfus; granddaughter, Sadie Ann Fisher.
The funeral will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11:30 am at 1819 Beaver Dam Road, Honey Brook, PA. Friends may call there from the time of this notice till the service. Interment will be in Millwood Cemetery.
