Elizabeth E. “Betty” Lapp Stoltzfus, 95, of 231 Voganville Rd., New Holland passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at her home. Born in New Holland, she was the daughter of the late John K. and Lizzie Smucker Lapp. She was the wife of the late Amos F. Stoltzfus who died in 2020. A homemaker, Betty was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: children, Susie Ann wife of Mose Smucker, Narvon, Mary wife of the late Elam Stoltzfus, Hegins, Martha at home, Benuel husband of Barbara Fisher Stoltzfus, New Holland, Elmer husband of Anna Lapp Stoltzfus, Denver, Barbara wife of Gideon Lapp, New Holland, Anna Ruth wife of Melvin Stoltzfus and the late Benuel Glick, Christiana; daughter-in-law, Mary Stoltzfus wife of Ervin Stoltzfus and the late John Stoltzfus, Narvon; 35 grandchildren; 141 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Melvin Lapp. She was preceded in death by: a son, John Stoltzfus; sons-in-law, Elam Stoltzfus and Benuel Glick; a grandson, Nathan Jon Stoltzfus; two great-granddaughters, Caroline Faith Esh and Laura Hope Blank; siblings, John and Emanuel Lapp, Bena Beiler, Barbara Lapp, Miriam Stoltzfus, Mary Fisher.
Funeral services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025 at the late home with interment following in the Stoltzfus Cemetery, New Holland. The viewing will be at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
