Mary K. Miller, 94, of 2688 Evergreen Drive, Bird-in-Hand, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 at home. Born in Leacock Twp., she was the daughter of the late David and Lizzie King Blank. She was the widow of Aaron P. Miller who died in 2001. They were married for 62 years. Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: five children, Amanda married to Daniel Esh, Jr., Bird-in-Hand, Christian B. married to Rebecca Miller, New Holland, David B. married to Sylvia Miller, Bird-in-Hand, Elizabeth married to Amos Glick, Leola, Nancy married to Ben Lapp, Intercourse; 26 grandchildren; 82 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Amos married to Lydia Blank, Narvon; a sister, Rachel Allgyer, Wisconsin; sisters-in-law, Sarah Blank, Narvon, Barbara Blank, Christiana, Susie Blank, Millersburg.
She was preceded in death by: two sons, John and Aaron Jr.; one great-great-grandchild; fourteen brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014 at 9:00 AM from the Mervin Esh home, 549 Gibbons Road, Bird-in-Hand. Friends may call from the time of this notice till the service at the late home. Kindly omit flowers. Interment: Myer’s Cemetery, Leola.
