Sadie S. Smucker, 94, of 120 Meeting House Rd. Gap, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at her home. Born in Bird-in-Hand, she was the daughter of the late John and Annie Stoltzfoos Stoltzfus. She was the wife of the late John M. Smucker. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: nine children, Benuel married to Barbara Stoltzfus Smucker, New Holland, Emanuel married to Rachel Stoltzfus Smucker, Eli married to Barbara Esh Smucker, Anna married to Elmer Esh, Katie married to Amos Stoltzfus, Amos married to Rosanna King Smucker, Sadie married Amos Lapp, all of Gap, Lydia Ann married to Elmer Beiler, New Holland, Linda married to Mervin King, Parkesburg; 52 grandchildren; 180 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: three sisters, Katie, Lydia, and Annie; two brothers, Benuel and John; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the late home on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 9 AM EST with interment in Millwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice until the time of the service. Kindly omit flowers.
