William M. Pohner 91, of Lancaster, entered into rest on Sunday August 1st, 2021 in Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Enhaut, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph Sr. and Theresa Handfest Pohner. He was the loving husband of Ruth C. Brobst Pohner who died in 1987. Mr. Pohner was an insurance agent for Engle, Hambright and Davies. Mr. Pohner served in the United States Air Force during the Korean conflict. He was a graduate of the Swatara Township High School and enjoyed going to horse races.
He is survived by a brother Richard married to Deborah of Newmanstown and several nieces and nephews. His brothers Adam and Joseph and sisters Kathryn Zugay and Mary Semic preceded him in death.
Private services and interment will take place at Trumbauer Memorial Cemetery, Leola.
